We’d like our readers to vote for their favourite DVD released in 2004, so here are some simple guidelines that may help you decide: 1.) The DVD can be from anywhere in the world and must have been released sometime in 2004; 2.) You can vote for box sets; 3.) Choose your personal favourite release; 4.)
